Our volunteers are a vital element that will make the YSA Experience a huge success! Please note that we may not need the assistance of everyone who signs up, you will be contacted if you are needed as a volunteer to sign up for training. Our volunteers will primarily be needed on Friday, August 8. We will need help with:

  • Checking in YSA to the Experience

  • Directing YSA between workshops and devotionals

  • Facilitating workshops by assisting with microphones and AV equipment

  • Helping to run get to know you games and speed dating activities

Please note a few FAQs about volunteering:

  • Volunteers will not receive housing. Unfortunately this is not in our budget so we will be relying largely on volunteers that are local to Orlando.

  • Volunteers will receive meals during the hours that they volunteer.

  • Volunteers will not receive tickets to Disney. We will not need volunteers on Saturday as our YSA will be at Disney most of the day.

  • We will reach out to volunteers to schedule training which will take place in July. Before the training we will confirm your availability for Friday, August 8th. During training, we will inform you what areas you will be assigned to.
